Working on major improvement for the WEB Addon -- The ability to send Notes BACK!  This will allow officers in their car to send a Note BACK to the Crime Free Coordinator! 

This can be a HUGE benefit for Crime Free Coordinators in having easy/fast/in-the-database communication with Officers in the field .

No more Contact Cards to fill out -- Officers using the WEB Addon can now just type it in from their cars and it automatically is included in the Notes Tab for that Property!  "Officer Jones arrested Resident in Apt #103 at 3:25am." 

Easy, fast, directly added into the EasyTracking database!  Coming sooooooooooooon!

Working on a major New Tab:  "Transactions" -- for those agencies that need or want to keep track of money-related items, such as an Annual Free, Invoice Creation, Payments Received, Balances Owed, etc. -- this feature will handle ALL of that! Upgrade : We've improved the Labels on both the List of Properties and List of People -- you can choose to display the Person's Address or the Property Address -- that way you can send Owner Labels to the Property or to the Owner's personal address. High 4/29/2010 Version 2010, Build 1025
Major Upgrade : We're added a "Violations Tab"... which will let you track individual Violations for each Property... some cities have a city policy "If you have 3 Violations in a 12-Month Time Period, then..."   Soon EasyTracking™ will make it very easy for you to track those Violations and EasyTracking™ can calculate and display which Properties, which People/Violators have accumulated 3 violations in 12 months (or any N violations in X months)... you can customize it to whatever your city's code or police Department policy is. Major Upgrade : We're added a "Violations Tab" for EasyTracking WEB.. this feature allows Dispatch (or anyone who has Intranet capabilities in your Network, including Officers in cars) can view Violation information... as READ ONLY... benefiting from your information in the EasyTracking Database, but since it is READ ONLY, you dont have to worry about nayone changing your valuable data... but they get the benefit of quickly/easily seeing who has any Violations. Major Upgrade:  An Internet VIEW ONLY Web Version of EasyTracking..  this will allow others to see/view your Property Information but NOT change it... great for co-workers who want to see your data but keeping that data safe from them accidentally changing / deleting your data...  it is Web Browser-based and therefore is Read-Only for them.... but you still have the ability to add/change/delete info using the Windows Version of EasyTracking that you are using now. New "List of All Agencies" Report is located under Contacts.... so that you can easily print a complete report/listing of all of your Agency Contacts.  As with all of EasyTracking's Reports... you can sort on it (based on the Agency's Country and/or State/Province) and also you can Export this list to Excel and/or Print a full Report directly.

New Menu choice is under Backup, and is "Location of Your Backup File"...to make it easier and faster to locate and see your Backup File that you just have created.

new Menu choice is under Software Help and is "Location of Your CrimeFree.exe File (For Updates)"....so that you can easily know/see where the Main Program File (CrimeFree.exe) is located...so when you download an Update, you now can easily see WHERE to put the update file.
